parse error

To whom it may respond to,
We are trying to setup Stingray Traffic Manager Stingray-VA Appliance 2000
L 9.3..At the installation we are required to import key and cert files to
appliance which runs Linux and upload the created server.cert.pam and
server.key.pam files via the web interface. There is no problem with the
cert file but when trying to upload the key file , we get the error :
ERROR: Failed to import certificate (Certificate/private key pre-check
failed: Error reading key file:Private Key parse error: 9: Was looking for
integer ). Any idea is welcomed, thank you for your time,
